Tony joined Pender Ventures in 2019. As an Investment Associate, his responsibilities extend across internal fund operations, portfolio support and investor relations. Previously, Tony spent more than 15 years working with investment funds in the areas of operations, investment management and financial reporting. He is also experienced with compliance and continuous disclosure, having served as the corporate secretary of a TSX listed reporting issuer.

Tony has supported portfolio companies with more than 10 board roles, including a current role with Cooledge Lighting. He is active in the technology and venture capital community in Vancouver, serving as a board member and Co-Chair of the Vancouver Entrepreneurs Forum. He holds a BBA with a specialization in Finance from Trinity Western University and has completed several industry-related courses.
