Lynn joined Pender Ventures as a Venture Partner in 2018 and transitioned to our Head of People Strategy in 2022. In her role, Lynn leverages 25 years in human resources management to support the leadership and human resources teams across our portfolio to ensure that organizational strategies align to deliver company objectives. Previously, Lynn was the Head of the Human Resources group at autoTRADER.ca supporting over 500 employees across Canada. In this role, she led the HR strategy through periods of growth and transition as the business evolved from its roots in traditional print media to become one of Canada’s premier digital brands and leading software solutions provider to automotive dealerships. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
